Coaching in Education

This community is for international educators who believe that coaching is the way to create dynamic, self-aware, and values-led schools. If you are working as a coach in education, coaching to develop and bring out the potential in teachers, school leaders, or students this community is for you. All are welcome, whether you are a newbie with little training or an experienced coach or coach trainer. In this learning community, we will gather to support, share, upskill, and create. We believe coaching can transform schools and are looking to hone our skills, meet and connect with other coaches, and work towards creating a coaching culture in schools. In this collaborative space, we will meet 5 times a year to share our learning, bring issues, discover new tools, and raise our awareness. In between our online sessions, we have a space to connect, share resources and align our vision.

Meet the Host:

Samantha Chesler

Samantha Chesler is a certified and experienced coach in education who works with international school leaders and teachers. Her coaching seeks to help her clients discover the power, purpose and magic that resides within them so that they can teach and lead with self-awareness, and confidence. The importance of coaching, and what drives her, is the impact coaching can have both on the individual and their communities, so schools become impactful, values-driven and compassionate places to work and thrive. Her approach is playful, creative, and collaborative. As a former international teacher and head of department with over 16 years of experience, she understands the reality of working in a busy school and loves coaching and working with educators. She is based in Singapore.
