Coaching in Education
Generative and collaborative Peer Learning Community for Coaching in Education
This community is for international educators who believe in the power of coaching to create dynamic, self-aware, and values-led schools. If you are working as a coach in education, working to develop and bring out the potential in teachers, school leaders, or students, this community is for you. All are welcome, whether you are a newbie or an experienced coach or trainer. We believe coaching can transform schools and can’t wait to hone our skills, meet and connect with other coaches, and work towards creating a coaching culture in schools.
We will have 4 sessions over the year in this collaborative community space to share our learning, discuss problems, discover new tools, and raise our awareness. In between our online meetings, we also have a space all year to connect, share resources, align our vision and iterate together.

Samantha Chesler
Samantha Chesler is a certified and experienced coach in education who works with international school leaders and teachers. Her coaching seeks to help her clients discover the power, purpose and magic that resides within them so that they can teach and lead with self-awareness, and confidence. The importance of coaching, and what drives her, is the impact coaching can have both on the individual and their communities, so schools become impactful, values-driven and compassionate places to work and thrive. Her approach is playful, creative, and collaborative. As a former international teacher and head of department with over 16 years of experience, she understands the reality of working in a busy school and loves coaching and working with educators. She is based in Singapore.
Patricia Hubert
Patricia is a professional coach dedicated to empowering educators and leaders to enhance their overall wellbeing and resilience. With over 20 years of experience in international education, Patricia has taught French in high schools in the UK, North America, and Asia. Passionate about coaching and education, she founded her own coaching practice in Singapore in 2022, where she has lived for the past decade. Patricia firmly believes in the transformative power of coaching and its pivotal role in initiating change. A learner by nature, she is particularly interested in neuroscience and coaching approaches as a powerful vehicle for maximising potential and being at our best.
