Angelina Liu
Angelina Liu is currently the Facilities, Safety and Security Manager of Shekou International School (SIS), having been working in SIS for 3 years on this role, managing 3 campuses and leading teams of 100+ staff (includes outsourcing staff). With a decade of facility and safety management in furtune 500 global companies and international school, Angelina brings her insight in operations to support business leaders and senior leadership team to develop the business smoothly.
Johnnie Whang
Johnnie Whang has 11 years of experience as the Project Facility and Service Management Manager at an international school in Beijing, serving 1,400 students from kindergarten to grade 12 in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. His responsibilities included managing non-teaching staff, maintaining school facilities and equipment, and overseeing cleaning, event logistics, safety and health, school buses, theater support, catering, swimming pool operation, sports venue maintenance, vapor film facilities, wetlands, and landscaping.
Whang has extensive experience in planning and managing educational institutions, balancing the needs of various stakeholders, including children, parents, teachers, and community groups, with a strong emphasis on safety and health considerations for different age groups.

The conversations between members and hosts are very good, and the content of the topic is very relevant. Everyone can communicate and feedback different opinions to learn.
I am impressed by the sharing on Instructional Coaching and have been implementing this in my school and this is a very useful form of support to teachers, especially new ones. It is very important to learn from and be inspired by peers. The sessions are very well run!
After hearing our peer present his situation, we all asked several clarifying questions. For instance, I was curious about the type of evaluation process he would use. We could then ideate with him and share our experiences based on a variety of schools where we had all worked.
