The PeerSphere sessions have allowed me to grow rapidly in this relatively "new" field for me. The practical professional experiences and resource sharing from everyone have given me a better understanding of the library industry and helped me identify areas where I need to improve. There are inspiring ideas shared. Even though I do not have teaching work, I still learned a lot, like how to get students to read by cooperating with subject teachers.
This is my first year as a librarian, so it was nice to have so much support and be able to ask questions and share ideas. Great for building a community and having other librarians as a resource.
It’s very good to learn from experience from our peer librarians, and we discussed the good and bads of our libraries. We can learn from each other.
