Michelle Yuan
袁欣（Michelle Yuan），是一位经验丰富的教育工作者，从班级助教到图书馆助理，她积累了丰富的literacy以及与学生互动的经验。目前，她已经西安梁家滩国际学校图书馆助理的岗位上工作了3年，她不但参与日常管理，更是承担了从幼儿园到小学低段的图书馆课的教学工作，她非常重视与其他教育者的合作，致力于依托图书（以绘本为主）引导孩子们进行语言学习乃至各种学科活动探究。

我在SIS工作了12年，今年是我在图书馆工作的第五年，其中前面三年，幼儿园和小学图书馆是在一起的，后来小学有了新校区，这边的图书馆就专门针对两岁到KG。为了帮助我对图书馆工作更好的开展进行，我在期间完成了The University of Sheffield的图书馆课程，并参加了21CL以及IB关于图书馆的培训。从整理图书、图书录入、选择图书并完善图书馆藏系列、读绘本故事到结合教学，从一名图书馆小白到现在和另一名助教一起管理幼儿园的图书馆，我希望能将我自己所知道的与你们分享，我也相信我可以在你们的分享当中获得收获。
