Toni Dong
董文博，作为北京一所国际学校的创校成员，有15年的国际学校运营经验。她热爱教育，以社区内每个人包括学生、老师和家长的不断成长为目标，塑造并示范践行着学校的教育理念。十余年来，带领团队营造了国际部独有的积极校园社区关系，创造了和谐温暖的校园环境。拥有语言学与应用语言学教育背景的她，深谙国际教育环境中的文化差异，在行政、外事、财务、运营、后勤、媒体、宿舍、政府事务等方面都愿意与社区里的每一位成员进行探讨，共同继续成长。
Sophia (Keqing) Deng
Sophia Deng是土生土长的广东人，在北京学习和工作了10年，后在深圳哈罗担任行政经理。Sophia在双语学校和国际学校共有8年的行政工作经验，非常热衷于和来自多国多文化的人们建立关系，以及展开教育事业。她相信行政员工也可以在国际学校里得到长足的发展。作为中层管理的新手，她非常希望能和其他新手，或者即将成为管理新手的伙伴们一起交流成长。 2024-25学年开始，Sophia在美国霍普金斯大学教育学院就读研究生，专攻国际教育和全球领导力。
