How it Works

Rapid brainstorm of your chosen challenge using stories from across member schools.
Live Session #2: Reframe
Craft a sharp opportunity statement and success criteria.
Live Session #3: Create
Develop ideas and choose one to prototype. Work as a large group or in affinity groups.

Reflect, refine, and implement.

Meet Your Hosts
Luke Devlin
Originally from Illinois, Luke was a 1st-generation graduate from Monmouth College. He earned his College Counseling Certificate from UCLA Extension and serves as an External International Application Reader for UCLA, where he rated thousands of applications over the years. He completed his Master’s of Education from the University of Missouri. Luke serves as the VP of Comms for International ACAC and is a contributing member of numerous professional groups. Luke was a counselor with Dulwich, spending time in 6 schools between 2013-2025. During his career he has supported hundreds of students with applications to institutions globally. In August 2025 he partnered with his long-time friend and colleague Lucien Giordano to launch Amiata Co, a consulting company serving education stakeholders.
Pearl Yeon-Keong Noh
With 25 years in education, including 14 in international education, I guide students toward their ideal post-secondary paths. Holding an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, I’ve focused on university counseling for transnational applicants since 2019. As host for PeerSphere College Counsellor, I foster a community of practitioners and serve on the IACAC Membership Committee, as a CIS accreditation evaluator, and as a college counselor at Nanjing International School. Dedicated to third-culture students, I incorporate DEIJ principles into my work. My students have applied to universities in 19 countries and received offers from over 450 institutions. I view counseling as both an art and a science, emphasizing effective communication and tailored strategies.
