Division principals have many different responsibilities, and it can be overwhelming at times. This learning community is for all Middle School, High School, or Secondary School Principals who would appreciate learning from, being supported by, and helping support their peers in other similar schools around the region. We each bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our roles, and through this learning community we will bring this together to help improve ourselves and our schools.

I have taken so much from others in similar positions, each offering slightly different perspectives and ideas. I enjoyed learning the different challenges and solutions at different schools.
Sharing narrative on managing faculty is always useful. I want to be more intentional with staff feedback in the coming year.
After hearing our peer present his situation, we all asked several clarifying questions. For instance, I was curious about the type of evaluation process he would use. We could then ideate with him and share our experiences based on a variety of schools where we had all worked.
