This community is designed for participants of our EARCOS Weekend Workshop who are ready to keep the learning going. By joining, you’ll connect with other middle leaders who have shared the same workshop journey, creating a space to continue the conversations and learning you started together.
We’ll revisit the key topics and challenges from the workshop, share what’s working (and what’s not) in our schools, and support each other as we put new strategies into action. This is a place to ask questions, exchange resources, and build a network of peers who understand the realities of middle leadership.
Whether you’re looking to solve specific problems, explore fresh ideas, or simply keep learning with like-minded colleagues, this community is here for you.

I am impressed by the sharing on Instructional Coaching and have been implementing this in my school and this is a very useful form of support to teachers, especially new ones. It is very important to learn from and be inspired by peers. The sessions are very well run!
After hearing our peer present his situation, we all asked several clarifying questions. For instance, I was curious about the type of evaluation process he would use. We could then ideate with him and share our experiences based on a variety of schools where we had all worked.
