Coaching is increasingly recognised as a powerful approach to professional growth and school development, but the work can often feel isolating. This community brings together educators who use coaching to support others, whether that’s through formal roles or informal practices embedded in leadership, teaching, or student support. Members explore what it means to coach with clarity, care, and intention within the realities of school life. You don’t need a particular model or accreditation—just a belief in listening well and asking better questions. It’s a space to reflect on practice, deepen skills, and consider how coaching contributes to wider school culture.

Rapid brainstorm of your chosen challenge using stories from across member schools.

Craft a sharp opportunity statement and success criteria.
Live Session #3: Create
Develop ideas and choose one to prototype. Work as a large group or in affinity groups.

Meet Your Hosts
Patricia Hubert
Patricia is a professional coach dedicated to empowering educators and leaders to enhance their overall wellbeing and resilience. With over 20 years of experience in international education, Patricia has taught French in high schools in the UK, North America, and Asia. Passionate about coaching and education, she founded her own coaching practice in Singapore in 2022, where she has lived for the past decade. Patricia firmly believes in the transformative power of coaching and its pivotal role in initiating change. A learner by nature, she is particularly interested in neuroscience and coaching approaches as a powerful vehicle for maximising potential and being at our best.
Samantha Chesler
Samantha Chesler is a certified and experienced coach in education who works with international school leaders and teachers. Her coaching seeks to help her clients discover the power, purpose and magic that resides within them so that they can teach and lead with self-awareness, and confidence. The importance of coaching, and what drives her, is the impact coaching can have both on the individual and their communities, so schools become impactful, values-driven and compassionate places to work and thrive. Her approach is playful, creative, and collaborative. As a former international teacher and head of department with over 16 years of experience, she understands the reality of working in a busy school and loves coaching and working with educators. She is based in Singapore.
