About
This community is for international educators who believe in the power of coaching is the way to create dynamic, self-aware, and values-led schools. If you are working as a coach in education, working to develop and bring out the potential in teachers, school leaders, or students, this community is for you. All are welcome, whether you are a newbie or an experienced coach or trainer. We believe coaching can transform schools and can't wait to hone our skills, meet and connect with other coaches, and work towards creating a coaching culture in schools. We will have 4 sessions over the year in this collaborative community space to share our learning, discuss problems, discover new tools, and raise our awareness. In between our online meetings, we also have a space all year to connect, share resources, align our vision, and iterate together.
How it Works

The Sprint
Live Session #1: Explore
Rapid brainstorm of your chosen challenge using stories from across member schools.
Live Session #2: Reframe
Craft a sharp opportunity statement and success criteria.
Live Session #3: Create
Develop ideas and choose one to prototype. Work as a large group or in affinity groups.
Live Session #4: Catalyze
Reflect, refine, and implement.
Keep the Momentum
Continue the Journey
Hackathons · Pop-up communities · Affinity Group deep dives
Members propose new themes, spin up sprints, or keep their group going.

Meet Your Hosts
Patricia Hubert
Patricia is an ICF-certified professional coach who supports educators and leaders in navigating career transitions and fostering well-being. With a background in international education, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with change. A strong believer of the power of coaching, Patricia actively engages in events, conferences, and volunteer work to share its positive impact.
Samantha Chesler
I am a former teacher with extensive experience in many international schools and now I am a coach who specialises in bringing the coach approach into schools, to benefit both staff and students. Making schools better and helping leaders grow is my mission and coaching school leaders and offering training is the most impactful way of doing that. When I am not working, you will find me enjoying time with my daughters, hiking in nature, reading, writing my weekly blog and taking photographs.
