Each day of PeerSphere Ignite 2025 begins with a focused keynote, setting the tone for three themed afternoons: Curiosity, Connections, and Community. Keynotes and sessions are delivered by seasoned school leaders and education professionals.
Participants can choose from a mix of presentations in English and Chinese, covering topics such as:
– Fostering curiosity and reflective practice in schools
– Building trust and reciprocity among staff
– Using AI to enhance professional growth and collaboration
– Strengthening relationships and communication across roles and campuses
– Creating inclusive and connected school communities, both online and in-person
Sessions are designed for administrative leaders, teachers, and support staff, with opportunities to engage in rich discussion, share success stories, and take away practical strategies for everyday impact. Participants are welcome to join as many sessions as their schedule allows.
Peer Exchange Launch!
On Wednesday 17 September, we’ll launch Peer Exchange: a simple tool that lets members post a professional question or challenge and receive support from peers across PeerSphere. Whether you need a great resource, want feedback on an idea, or are facing a specific dilemma, Peer Exchange makes it easy to reach out and give back.
At the heart of Peer Exchange is a belief in reciprocity: that when we share generously, we all grow. It’s a space to give a little, gain a lot.
