Katherine is an experienced HR Coordinator with a strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate curriculum, She possesses expertise in implementing compensation and benefits (C&B) strategies, staff recruitment, payroll calculation, and HR planning within educational institutions, Katherine holds a B,A, in both English and French (Translation and Interpretation) from SISU, She also served as a translator and editor for Global Times (Beijing), Furthermore, Katherine is a dedicated education professional who graduated from King’s College London with a postgraduate degree, Following her graduation, she gained valuable HR experience at a renowned UK headhunting company in Shanghai and a prominent education group ranked among the top 500 enterprises in Hangzhou,

Ray Chow, originally from Canada, is a Beijing-based leadership consultant and executive coach with 25+ years of experience in corporate and educational sectors, Adept in HR and operational leadership, Ray has worked with organizations like EY Ernst & Young and international schools across Asia and Europe, As a PeerSphere facilitator, Ray aims to create an environment that fosters collective learning and growth, Ray specializes in adaptive mindset shifts, cross-cultural communication, talent management, change management, and workplace coaching, He is married to an educator and administrator, raising three children in a bilingual world school in Beijing.
