This is a professional learning community for Personal Assistants. By taking session series throughout the school year, you will meet other professionals, share experiences, challenges, stories. Together you will explore to unlock collective wisdom and your inner power.

June Wang
June has been working in the field of education in both private and international school sectors for over 20 years. She started her career as an English teacher, then worked in IB schools as a teacher, administrator and researcher. Now she works as an independent education consultant. Besides teaching, June he has done research and projects and worked extensively with teachers, teaching assistants, students, administrators and parents. She believes in quality education, fair opportunities and authentic learning.
Sophia (Keqing) Deng
Sophia Deng是土生土长的广东人，在北京学习和工作了10年，后在深圳哈罗担任行政经理。Sophia在双语学校和国际学校共有8年的行政工作经验，非常热衷于和来自多国多文化的人们建立关系，以及展开教育事业。她相信行政员工也可以在国际学校里得到长足的发展。作为中层管理的新手，她非常希望能和其他新手，或者即将成为管理新手的伙伴们一起交流成长。 2024-25学年开始，Sophia在美国霍普金斯大学教育学院就读研究生，专攻国际教育和全球领导力。
