Outcome for attendees: Attendees will be able to read and interpret a basic student cognitive profile to anticipate learning needs, using a shared vocabulary their wider team can adopt.
Delivery approach: Story-led opening case study, four structured content blocks with live audience polling, and a simple four-question framework attendees apply live to their own examples.

From Deficit-Spotting to Early, Asset-First Identification

Differentiating Efficiently Across Student Profiles

Focus: Turning Sessions 1 and 2 into concrete grouping, task design, and environmental adjustments across all four domains — built for real timetables and workloads, not added to them.
Outcome for attendees: Attendees walk away with concrete, low-workload strategies for daily lesson planning, plus a completed Shared Profile Card — one page a teacher, specialist, and family can all read and act on.
Delivery approach: Closes the running case study, addresses the workload concern directly, and hands attendees the Blueprint-to-Lesson Grid and the Shared Profile Card as literal takeaways.
