Curriculum Coordinators (Elementary)

How are we developing a deep culture of learning through our curriculum? Do we really know how our curriculum is being implemented?

This Community will explore ideas around curriculum beliefs, design principles, and bringing our communities together to understanding the why of curriculum. The themes shaping our calls will help bring focus, coherence, and depth to collaboration and learning in our elementary schools.

Together we will promote new ways of thinking about elementary curriculum from:

  • whole school curriculum mapping (vertically & horizontally)
  • authentic, experiential learning that develops system thinkers
  • strategies for incorporating technology, innovation, and entrepreneurial to be more future-focused
  • cultivating capabilities for young people to become successful, confident and creative individuals
By joining this community, you will be learning alongside dedicated and innovative educators who are passionate about the core purpose of learning in schools – curriculum!
