Meet the Host:
Ross Dawson
Ross Dawson is an experienced educator and pedagogical leader with over 30 years of teaching experience. Since 1996, he has held various leadership roles in international schools in Hong Kong, including Head of Art, Head of Information Technology, and Deputy Principal. Ross has completed a Masters of Information Technology in Education and has worked with schools worldwide as an IB Workshop Leader, Consultant, and School Visitor. In 2014, Ross moved to Australia, where he studied Coaching Psychology and ran his own educational consulting business. Ross returned to Hong Kong in 2016 to take up the role of Primary Principal at Victoria Shanghai Academy, where he is passionate about concept-based teaching and learning, design thinking, and team and systems dynamics.
