Middle Leaders - getting promoted

Are you a middle leader looking to advance your career in your school?

In the Middle Leaders Getting Promoted Community, we want to provide you with valuable resources and support that will help propel your career forward in your school. This is a community specifically for middle leaders looking to advance their career at their current school and are in need of some inspiration and career development advice to achieve that aim. Our online meetings will provide an interactive virtual experience where you can discuss real-world experiences and scenarios with leaders like yourself, who understand regional contexts and are dealing with similar obstacles in their career path.

In each session, members using a peer coaching model will map out a career trajectory in their current school and learn how to influence stakeholders to realize there career ambitions. Peers will share great ideas in order to find common ground on professional inquiries, strengthen relationships through active collaboration.

Michael Iannini is ACAMIS’s Leadership Development Facilitator, a Search Associates Partner supporting its members in China to improve Recruitment, Induction, and Retention of Overseas Teachers, and a Council of International Schools (CIS) Affiliated Consultant with the following areas of expertise:
