There is no better way to grow in the role as an Athletic Director then to share and draw on the experience of others.
This community is designed to support Athletic Directors both new and experienced by identifying what makes a successful athletics program, what we can do to achieve this success in our roles and how to maximize the people in our school communities that can support us in our busy but fulfilling roles as AD’s.
Each session will focus on the needs of the community with practical and timely sharing of information, processes and strategies.
Join us as we do what we love as Athletic Directors, talk sport and how we can make every sports experience for our students positive and memorable.

Meet the Host:
Filipe Nogueira
Filipe Nogueira has almost 20 years’ experience in schools, elite youth sports and talent ID programs. He holds a degree in Physical Education and a Masters in Sports Management. He has a passion for working with young athletes and believes sports can play an integral part in the holistic development and achievement of children and adolescents.
Filipe is currently employed as Director of Athletics and Activities at Hangzhou International School, China, where his current projects are the establishment of effective student athlete leadership and service programs, developing a greater awareness in the school community that athletics and academics can coexist successfully, including the more demanding later years of high school.
