This community will provide a platform for collaboration and discussion between Assistant and Vice Principals working in Elementary schools across Asia.
The role of Assistant and Vice Principals is incredibly broad, and the focus of our meetings will be driven by you, the members of the community. However, the following themes will remain a focus throughout:
How can we develop a shared understanding of learning in our schools?
How can we use research to implement positive change across our schools?
Quality assurance – how can we ensure a high standard of teaching for our learners?
Communication – what makes effective communication and how can we develop this within ourselves and others?
Through solution-focused discussions, we will explore the challenges and successes of our roles and develop a professional community that allows us to support each other and grow professionally.
