Sasha Dalmonego is currently Head of Upper Primary (Years 4-6) and Child Protection Officer at Yew Chung International School, Shanghai. Sasha has ten years’ experience in International Education, which includes a range of leadership positions across international schools in Asia. As a qualified therapist and coach, she has a keen interest in psychology and neuroscience and how learning from these areas can be applied to support the creation of cohesive, collaborative communities within schools.
Throughout Sasha’s leadership positions, she has developed a passion for supporting positive change within schools, through structured implementation. This has been largely driven by John Hatties research findings and learning from the National Professional Qualification of Headship.
